Do you like that vervain? Does it bloom a long time? I’ve been thinking about adding it. Thanks.
This is actually my second one, the first one succumbed to a wet winter. It needs good drainage and yep it will continue blooming if you deadhead it. π
I agree, randomness is good!
Blue vervain looks interesting. I wonder if it would grow here???
Your garden is full of beautiful blooms Racquel ~ is it still hot?
Thanks Katheen, It’s suppose to be hardy in zones 3a-8b so I would give it a try. It likes it consistantly moist supposibly but my first one rotted from a wet winter so who knows really. Yep it’s still hot as ever here. I’m hibernating indoors. π
Angelonia has become one of my favorite annuals; I planted it in the ground for the first time this year and it’s doing well. Love all these cool shades–perfect on a hot day in July!
Yep I’ve been in love with it for the three years Rose. It works great in containers or in the ground. Thanks! π

Love, LOVE Angelonia! It survives our drought and heat sooo well–plus it is pretty!
Me too Linda, me too! And you listed the three reasons why I love it! π

My hydrangeas are fighting to get enough sun to bloom, I think. Haven’t been too lucky with them.
Really? Mine only get a few hours of morning sunlight at best and that is mostly indirect. Good luck Patsi, I wish I could be more help.
