Summer Rainstorms

Last night I took this photo of the sky. At first it looked liked we were going to get a real storm with tons of rain. There was flashing and booming and then the sky opened up.

And here you can see it raining. I was thinking I was going to get a good amount for my garden.

But no, here is what the sky looked like not even 10 minutes later. What a teaser!

LOL … we had the same thing happen here this week … dark moody clouds and about 30 second of fat rain drops, then it “moved on down the road”.

    Cool pics !

Don’t you just hate when that happens? All that anticipation for nothing. LOL

I just stumbled onto your blog and love it! Here in MS we had the same cloud treatment yesterday, few drops and then blue skies.
