    Hiya Raquel,

    Nice to meet you and your meticulous blog, so full of sound information.

    I still can’t get used to Americans calling ’soil’ ‘dirt’, even though we lived amongst you for almost a decade. Look at your lovely soil, particularly the stuff you have built up so nicely: dirt? No, surely
    not ;-)
